At Sunset, we have dedicated many resources to address our youth group. This group serves middle school and high school students and their families. We find that this is a critical phase of social and spiritual development. Our goal is to help each student grow closer to God and to encourage the same growth in others. We develop this growth through relevant and creative education, service projects, and other events. We try to create memorable experiences, facilitate unity, and offer the opportunity to build positive spiritual friendships.

Mark Herrera is our full-time paid youth minister. Along with his wife Rachel and son Reyes he leads the education and spiritual activities of our Youth at Sunset.
